i stayed in a beautiful double room. the air conditioning was effective. i appreciated the location near a tram stop which took me directly to the airport! the breakfast buffet had a great selection of cooked food.

Excellent Experience, A Grateful Guest's Perspective
relaxing decoration helpful staff extensive breakfast
I found the lobby decoration to be very relaxing. It resembled an art gallery with white walls and marble. Reception staff offered very helpful advice. Their support was invaluable. I was happy to access my room early, well before the official check-in time. The buffet breakfast was amazing!!! It was available until noon. I really appreciated the hot and tasty bread and pastries.
I noticed the room lacked a door separating the shower area and wash area. This is a slight drawback for those prioritizing complete privacy.

This hotel is very close to the walking street. It is approximately 400 meters from Massena. The metro station is just in front of the building. I found transport from the airport direct and practical. I greatly appreciated the convenience.

The breakfast buffet provided a large selection of food. I felt completely spoilt for choice! The bread and croissants were very fresh. I enjoyed the yogurts. The coffee was good. Local products were abundant.

EXCELLENT Hotel experience

I have just returned from a four-night visit. The hotel provided complimentary drinks daily stocked in the minibar. The hotel location is very convenient as everything is within a 15-minute walk. I used the tram from the airport. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel. The hotel spa was relaxing and never crowded.
I only found one very minor fault, a few of the staff require more training to match the standards.

The hotel offered good rooftop food and drinks. The ambiance at the top was sublime. The mini bar includes complimentary drinks that is restocked every day. I did not use the restaurant as i wanted different type of cuisine.

The staff helped me with my requirements. Melanie and Antony provided great assistance. They were very helpful with my requests. Miss Pettruci, the reception manager, is a TRUE superstar. She handled our concerns instantly and professionally.

The spa provides really relaxing and WELL maintained facilities. The area was mostly empty. The roof top ambient is sublime and relaxing. The hotel offers tram access for ease to the airport.

Rooms were very spacious and relaxing with massive beds. The rooms were quiet AND clean with effective air conditioning. The bathrooms provided both a bathtub with other modern facilities. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

i enjoyed the good selection of choices at breakfast. the terrace provided a great spot for the breakfast. the location proved convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly.
the hot water in the bathtub was difficult to regulate making baths impractical

the hotel has a convenient location with the tram stop right outside (it made airport transfers simple). the room was quiet and very clean with a large bed and a large shower. i enjoyed some little touches like the macaroons upon arrival and the chocolates at night.
